Approximately 5 to 10% of student indicates aggressive behavior. Generally, boys more show the aggressive behavior then girls. Aggressive behavior in psychology means tend to want to attack something that is considered a disappointed, block their way or hamper. This behavior can be dangerous for other students or students themselves. For example, aggressive behavior that often happen is hitting, fighting, mocking, screaming, crying and impair. But, if the aggressive behavior like that cannot get lost, so there is an indication if they are have disorders of psychology .The main impact of the aggressive behavior is students not able to make friends with other students or play with their friends. This situation creates a bad effect. When they are not accepted by their friends, then the aggressive behavior will be more than before. Therefore we should to know the causes or the factors of aggressive behavior. The causes of aggressive behavior is indicate by four main factors are biological disturbance and disease, family circles, school circles and the negative cultural influences. These factors are complex and imposible only one factor can causing aggressive behavior.
Biological factors are one of the four factors that affect students to behave aggressive behavior. Emotional and behavior can be affected by genetic and neurologist factors. These factors related to their body and their behavior. As the result, that is the true reason for the biological causes of emotional disorders. For the example, bad behavior while a mother pregnant it is very influential for the growth of the child and will endanger her friends in school when she become a student. Actually, all students birth with a certain biological condition that determine their attitude or temperament although it can be change appropriate care giving. In addition to that, undernourished disease, even brain injury can be the cause of the emotional disorders or attitude.
Family factors as the second factor that can be the causes of student’s aggressive behavior. Parenting that apply discipline with inconsistent. For example, when at home, a student make a mistake and her parent threaten will punish her but the parent does not do that punish. This can make a student behaves aggressive behavior. Hard attitude and full of striving can affect students to have aggressive behavior. Parents who habitually force children to do or not to do something can make student have aggressive behavior. When parents continually forced the child then the child will break loss. This factor is very affect students to behave aggressive behavior. Fail to give a true punish, so the punish will make enmity between parent and child and it could be happen between teacher and student.
The third factor is school factors. Some students have emotional problem or behavior before they begin to school and also aggressive behavior that develop when they are in school. School experience and area have an important role in appearing child’s aggressive behavior as a student. Teachers in school have a role in the emergence of emotional problem and that behavior. Teacher’s aggression behavior can be model for students. The fourth factor that affect student to behave aggressive behavior is cultural factors. The negative cultural influence is also having an important role in emergence aggressive behavior. Example, violence that is usually showed in a media such as television can teach students if with aggressive behavior all problems can be done. As a result, aggressive can be accept and easily applied by students. Cartoon and robot movie that contains violence then students will imitate it and practice it to their friend in their school or people around them.
So be aware that as a teacher, parent and the close friend should to know the characteristic of student who behave aggressively. Based on explanation above, can be conclude if student’s aggressive behavior can be affected by genetic factors, family factors, school factors and cultural factors. All factors are very complex and related between one another because very impossible if student’s aggressive behavior affected by one factors. So, as much as possible we can handle students who have aggressive behavior because it can be influence their future. However, male student’s emotional level is higher than female student’s emotional level.Therefore aggressive characteristic more often show on male students.
